ON STOPPING OF THE IMPORTATION OF GOODS.
Blest change! When defects shall no longer deceive, 
But each man be like Adam, each woman like Eve;
When the eye of the lover o'er new beauties shall rove, 
Each limb nicely turn'd feed the passion of love.
When finery no more shall be th'object of care, 
But the fig-leaf alone be the dress of the Fair.
